Job summary

Tands Inc. in Spring Hope, NC is seeking experienced restaurant leaders to join our full-time team. Lead a crew, promote hospitality, and manage daily operations including opening and closing the restaurant.

This role offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus for Spring Hope, paid overtime, employer-paid medical/dental/vision, 6 weeks paid vacation, 401(k) with match, and a paid eight-week training program along with a $2,500 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong leadership and hospitality focus.
