Job summary

Yard House in Hawaii is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead a large, high-volume team and ensure consistent, excellent service across shifts, while managing costs and quality standards.

The role emphasizes team development, operational efficiency, and a commitment to delivering epic experiences for Guests in a vibrant, rock-and-beer environment.

Qualifications

• Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable job history showing upward career and salary progression.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
