We’re looking for a hands‑on Restaurant Manager who can lead a team, keep operations tight, and step in wherever needed. This is not a sit‑in‑the‑office role—you’re on the floor, in the kitchen, and making things happen.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (front + back of house)
• Lead, schedule, and support staff
• Ensure strong customer service and smooth service flow
• Handle inventory, ordering, and basic cost control
• Jump in during rushes—expo, line, or front as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and standards

Schedule:

Mix of mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Weekend availability required

Full-time
