We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are consistently delivered. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Set work hours, weekly schedules, and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours.
  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
  • Supervise food production and preparation in line with recipes and procedures.
  • Conduct formal line Taste & Temps assessments.
  • Enforce security measures to ensure safety for employees and guests.
  • Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
  • Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed.
  • Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with our core values and operational goals.
