Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Texas, responsible for leading the bar, lobby and to-go operations with energy and commitment to excellence.

You will ensure a hospitable guest experience, maintain safety standards, and drive performance in a fast-paced scratch-kitchen environment. This role offers growth, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Alcoholic beverage servers certification required.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar, lobby, and to-go operations to ensure smooth service.
• Drive guest satisfaction and uphold safety standards across all shifts.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
