Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants in Katy, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operation. You will lead with energy and a commitment to excellence, keeping bar, lobby, and to-go systems running smoothly and strong.

The role requires 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen setting, with relevant certifications and a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and results.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction from entry to departure.
• Maintain smooth bar, lobby, and to-go systems with a focus on service quality.
• Coach and develop team members to meet performance standards.
