Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a vibrant team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a high-volume Tex‑Mex setting.

You will manage bar, lobby and to-go workflows, maintain safety standards, and drive excellence while delivering fun and flavorful service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recent management in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.
• Oversee bar, lobby and to-go systems for smooth service.
• Hire, train and develop team members; promote from within where possible.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
