Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants in Lexington, KY is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring guests feel the love from arrival to departure. You’ll oversee bar, lobby, and to-go systems with energy, passion, and a commitment to excellence.

With 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume restaurant and certifications, you will drive safety, teamwork, and operational smoothness, while leveraging our promotion-from-within culture and a benefits package

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations including bar, lobby, and to-go systems.
• Lead with energy, passion, and a commitment to excellence to ensure a positive guest experience.
