Assists the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Participates in the achievement of restaurant objectives. Ensures ethical business practices. Each person who holds this position is expected to “Delight Every Customer.”

Qualifications:

1. At least 18 years of age
2. At least two years of management experience
3. High School Diploma or GED
4. Willing to obtain ServSafe certification by the end of training
