Job summary

The Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center is seeking dynamic individuals for our Finance team in the Food & Beverage leadership track. This full-time role offers $65,000 to $80,000 per year, with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401-K plan, and generous meal and lodging discounts.

You will support the Director in leading Beverage outlets, hire and coach staff, manage payroll and budgets, and coordinate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

Summary

The Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center is a 4-Star Full Service 451-room Hotel with 30,000 square feet of conference space, and we are currently recruiting dynamite individuals in our Finance department. We are conveniently located within the Hampden South neighborhood @ I-25 and 225 in the tech center. Duties Include:

• Support the Director in leading the Food & Beverage Outlets including In Room Dining, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop operations
  
• Direct and oversee the development of employees
  
• Hire, train, empower, coach, and counsel, performance and salary reviews
  
• Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for outlet operations
  
• Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service
  
• Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
  
• Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
  
• Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
  
• Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation
  
• Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards
