Description

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager. Salary: $50,367.29 to $62,959.11

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guests and patrons with friendly and professional service, excellent food quality, strong price value, and consistency of execution in an attractive, well-maintained environment.
  2. Ensure that meals are delivered in a timely fashion with attention to plating, portion, and temperature.
  3. Develop strategies to improve cost savings, labor retention, and associate development in line with the hotel’s F&B financial goals.
  4. Thoroughly train staff in service procedures and product knowledge, ensuring we meet the needs of each guest.
  5. Lead service education through daily line-ups.
  6. Implement new training programs for servers, bussers, hosts, and bartenders, along with ongoing development seminars.
  7. Evaluate restaurant service performance daily.
  8. Conduct employee discussions and evaluations.
  9. Coordinate timely food production.
  10. Collaborate with the Chef to ensure excellent quality and presentation of all food.
  11. Participate in the evaluation of food products and kitchen staff performance, and develop products aligned with market position.
  12. Oversee selection and pricing strategy for liquors and wines, including procurement supervision.
  13. Assist the General Manager and/or F&B Director in creating financial objectives and budgets.
  14. Help achieve sales and cost control targets through marketing and operational strategies.
  15. Supervise all non-supervisory service employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws.
