Azul Latin Kitchen and Base Camp Pizza are looking for a skilled and highly motivated individual with 3 years of restaurant management experience. The Assistant Restaurant Manager's responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. The individual will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • 3 years of proven restaurant management or hospitality management experience.
  • Ability to write DSR reports and business correspondence.
  • Great oral and written communication.
  • Interview, check references, hire, train.
  • Ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of challenges on a day-to-day basis.
  • Write a schedule.
  • Monitor labor.
  • Process payroll.
  • Accurate cash handling skills.
  • Professional written and oral communication.
  • Progressive discipline.
  • Reviews staff, provides coaching and feedback.
  • Inventory and ordering.
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance needs.
  • Dependable.
  • Honest.
  • Experience with social media.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills.
  • Certifications in food safety, sexual harassment prevention, leadership courses, and serving alcohol safely are beneficial.
  • BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management is a plus.
  • Can stand on feet for long durations of time.
  • Can lift 50lbs.
  • Available weekends, nights, holidays.
