The IHOP Restaurant Manager reports directly to the General Manager and supervises restaurant employees. Key responsibilities include managing front and back of house operations with a focus on profitability and sales growth, while maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities Include
  1. Executing financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives as per IHOP SOP and operational plans.
  2. Developing professional relationships with employees and franchisee organization.
  3. Managing restaurant floor operations and guest interactions.
  4. Handling guest complaints professionally and promptly.
  5. Ensuring compliance with SOPs in recruitment, training, food safety, sanitation, and security.
  6. Supervisory duties: recruitment, training, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and conflict resolution.
  7. Completing reports and maintaining personnel files accurately and timely.
  8. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements
