You will oversee the restaurant and entertainment operations, manage teams, control labor and costs, recruit and train staff, and maintain a high-energy, guest-focused environment. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to thrive in a busy, noisy setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
