Job description

Join to apply for the Restaurant Manager role at IHOP.

The IHOP Restaurant Manager reports directly to the General Manager and supervises IHOP restaurant employees. The primary responsibilities include managing front and back of house operations with a focus on profitability and sales growth, while maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities Include
  1. Executing financial, marketing, guest service, and human resources objectives as defined by IHOP SOP and the restaurant's operations plan.
  2. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with employees and franchisee organization.
  3. Managing the restaurant floor, engaging with guests, and handling complaints professionally and promptly.
  4. Ensuring compliance with SOP in recruitment, training, food safety, sanitation, and security.
  5. Supervisory duties including hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and resolving issues.
  6. Completing reports and maintaining personnel files accurately and timely.
  7. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements
