Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, providing outstanding guest experiences, and leading our team with integrity and enthusiasm. This role demands a hands-on approach to leadership and a deep commitment to hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Leadership: Manage daily restaurant operations, ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, oversee opening and closing procedures, and handle end-of-day financial reconciliations.
  2. Team Management and Development: Lead, motivate, and manage staff, foster teamwork, conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations to develop a high-performing team.
  3. Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service, respond to guest feedback promptly, and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  4. Inventory and Cost Control: Perform inventories, manage food, beverage, and supply orders, oversee delivery inspections to ensure quality, and control costs.
  5. Financial Management: Assist the General Manager in meeting financial goals, managing costs, and driving sales.
  6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage, including wine, beer, and spirits.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays at multiple locations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with reservation systems and local dining scene familiarity.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
