Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in food & beverage, 6 months to 1 year in a leadership role, plus scheduling, forecasting, and budgeting skills; wine knowledge is a plus, and strong English communication with guests and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• 6 months to 1 year in a management position.
• Schedule, forecast and budget department.
• Wine and fine food knowledge is a plus.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Communicate effectively with the public and team members.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable.
