The Mills House, part of Davidson Hospitality Group in Charleston, SC, seeks a dedicated Pastry Cook to join a dynamic culinary team. You will assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of desserts in a fast-paced hotel pastry program.

Collaborating with skilled Pastry Chefs, you will learn techniques, experiment with flavors, and contribute to elevating our dessert offerings while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years pastry experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary field preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
• Read, write and speak and understand English.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.

Responsibilities
