The Mills House, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, in Charleston, SC, seeks a Steward Supervisor to lead our stewarding team and ensure meticulous cleanliness across kitchen areas. You will manage schedules, inventory, and training to uphold our high standards of service and safety.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
