Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a leadership-driven approach and hands-on management
• Utilizes leadership skills to motivate staff and manage cost control and labor scheduling
• Inspects establishment and monitors workers and guests to ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Ensures accuracy of daily sales reports, petty cash reimbursements, and payroll documents
