Job summary

ProAbition is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead both front- and back-of-house teams. The role emphasizes accountability, guest service, and strong leadership in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage scheduling, labor efficiency, costs, and compliance with health and safety standards while driving sales and profitability. Evening and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and basic financials.
• Comfortable working evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification preferred.
