Job summary

Chuy's Lexington is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of operations, ensuring the bar, lobby, and to-go systems run smoothly and with energy and excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Server Certification.

• Results driven and team oriented.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
