Job summary

Kincaid’s Bloomington is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Bloomington, MN. This role centers on guest satisfaction, genuine service, and community engagement, with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.

You will supervise front-of-house operations, optimize labor and costs, ensure safety and liquor compliance, and uphold the restaurant’s award-winning dining experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of upscale / fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Extensive front of house knowledge and financial awareness.
