Chuy's in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring guests feel the love from arrival to the last sip of their margarita. You’ll lead the bar, lobby, and to-go systems, driving energy, excellence, and teamwork in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results-driven and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar, lobby, and to-go operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead with energy and a commitment to excellence.

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
