The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality Food and Beverage service across our outlets, supervising staff, and maintaining standards and policies. This role oversees Pool Operations and Tillies, with potential assignments to other outlets as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shifts, managing overall operations.
2. Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and staff.
3. Complete environmental checklists and supervise associate assignments.
4. Supervise during peak hours, monitor guest experience.
5. Examine food and beverage preparation; provide corrective training.
6. Supervise bar controls and liquor management.
7. Manage cost control efforts for financial success.
8. Participate in scheduling and forecasting.
9. Complete payroll and audits.
10. Monitor labor and payroll costs.
11. Oversee daily supplies and dining room maintenance.
12. Handle maintenance requests and follow-up.
13. Hold pre-shift meetings and supervise training and performance.
14. Participate in hiring new staff.
15. Adhere to liquor laws and safety procedures.
16. Handle guest comments and complaints.
17. Report product/service defects and measure processes.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years restaurant management experience in high-volume settings; hotel experience preferred.
2. Experience managing schedules, inventory, payroll, and staff relations.
3. Knowledge of PA liquor laws; familiarity with beer, wine, and spirits.
4. Proven leadership, training, and motivational skills.
5. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency with computers.
8. Ability to work under pressure, including weekends and holidays.
9. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
