Bring 2+ years of GM experience in a restaurant setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to training and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/associate degree in business management or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing a restaurant or food-service operation.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Strong cost controls, guest satisfaction, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to achieve goals and drive guest satisfaction.
• Plan, organize, train, and lead staff; control costs and inventory.
• Ensure standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety are met.
• Assist General Manager with scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Lead by example to coach and develop team performance.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for consistent execution.
