The Maintenance Person helps maintain clean interior and exterior areas and supports the team with equipment upkeep and general maintenance tasks as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in keeping interior and exterior restaurant clean and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• Maintains outside grounds and stock rooms; cleans equipment, windows, and restrooms.
• Unloads delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Filters oil fryers daily; changes light bulbs; cleans HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
