Job summary

McDonald's Hanover is hiring a Maintenance Person to support daily restaurant upkeep and equipment care. You will help keep interior and exterior areas clean and safe, assist with basic repairs, and work with the team to ensure the dining area stays welcoming for guests.

As part of a franchisee-operated restaurant, you will be employed by the franchisee and be responsible for routine tasks, oil fryer filtering, grounds maintenance, and waste handling as part of a proactive maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
