McDonald’s franchise restaurant in Alabama is seeking a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the interior and exterior of the restaurant clean and the equipment well-maintained.

You will perform a variety of tasks from fryer oil filtration to grounds upkeep and equipment cleaning, supporting a team focused on quality and safety. Training and benefits are provided by the franchise owner.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
