Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited in Centre, Alabama is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep the restaurant clean and equipment in good working order. You will support management by performing routine cleaning, basic equipment maintenance, and safety checks.

As part of a franchise operation, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as filtering fryer oil, cleaning grounds, restrooms, and stock areas, unloading deliveries, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC units.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and basic maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
