Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Person to assist with interior and exterior cleanliness and to maintain restaurant equipment. The role is part of the Maintenance Team, backed by tools and training to succeed.

Responsibilities include daily filter oil fryers, grounds maintenance, cleaning, unloading deliveries, trash, bulbs, HVAC/exhaust cleanup, and more. The job comes with extensive benefits and a clear pathway for growth within the franchisee organization.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
