Job summary

McDonald's in the United States (franchisee-operated) is seeking a Maintenance Person to support restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep. You will join the maintenance team to help sustain a safe, welcoming dining area that aligns with the company’s standards and health practices.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds upkeep, cleaning equipment and facilities, unloading deliveries, waste disposal, lighting, and HVAC/exhaust maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance and cleaning.
• Ability to operate and maintain basic equipment.
• Willingness to perform outdoor grounds work.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside/outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks several times a week.
• Take out and empty trash containers.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof.
