Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to support cleanliness and equipment upkeep in a franchised restaurant. You will filter oil fryers daily, maintain exterior grounds, clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms, unload deliveries, empty trash compactor, replace light bulbs, and clean HVAC/exhaust units.

You will work as part of the maintenance team to help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for crew and customers, with duties that may vary by shift and location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform maintenance duties in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
