Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to join our restaurant team. You will support management in keeping the interior and exterior of the restaurant clean and ensure equipment is properly maintained. The role includes daily fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning tasks, and periodic unloading of deliveries.

This position offers a path to growth within a franchise environment. As part of the Maintenance Team, you will perform duties such as changing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC

Qualifications

• Maintain outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Maintain restaurant equipment.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Filtering oil fryers daily; Maintaining outside grounds; Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms; Unload delivery truck 2 times a week; Take out and empty trash compactor; Change light bulbs; Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
