Job summary

McDonald’s Works for Me. The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment at a franchisee-operated location in New Jersey.

This role supports the maintenance team with tasks including filtering fryers, grounds upkeep, cleaning equipment and facilities, unloading deliveries, changing bulbs, and HVAC maintenance. Benefits and pay are provided by the franchisee.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience preferred or equivalent
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
• Good teamwork and reliability

Responsibilities

• Filters oil fryers daily
• Maintains outside grounds
• Cleans equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloads delivery truck two times a week
• Takes out and empties trash compactors
• Changes light bulbs
• Cleans HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris
