Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Complete routine cleaning such as floors, walls, windows, light fixtures, and ceiling tiles.
• Ensure restrooms are fully stocked, clean, and in working order at all times.
• Equipment Care and Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and beverage machines.
• Follow approved procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment to extend life and ensure food safety compliance.
• Identify and report equipment issues promptly and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals, lockout procedures, ladder safety, and personal protective equipment.
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards, health department regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure walkways, entrances, and work areas remain free of hazards.
• Grounds and Exterior Upkeep: Maintain parking lot cleanliness, remove trash and debris, and manage snow or ice removal when required.
• Monitor exterior lighting and signage to ensure proper operation and visibility.
• Support to Operations: Assist restaurant management with special projects, deliveries, and other operational needs.
• Support team members by ensuring equipment is clean, functional, and ready for peak business periods
