Culver's is seeking a Porter / Restaurant Maintenance Technician to help keep our restaurant operations running smoothly in Wisconsin. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, supporting opening duties, and ensuring a clean, safe work space for staff and guests.

You will participate in routine maintenance, assist with stock rotation, and contribute to a positive Culver's guest experience through reliable, efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate duties with opening team members for smooth start.
• Perform scheduled maintenance safely and per calendar.
• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant conditions.
• Keep building and grounds appearance, including landscaping/snow removal.
• Handle food order rotation and storage areas.
• Monitor shelf life and dates.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant equipment operation.
• Complete scheduled equipment maintenance.
