Job summary

McDonald’s works for a franchisee-owned restaurant, independent of McDonald’s USA. The Maintenance Person will help keep the restaurant clean and ensure equipment is properly maintained, supporting management and the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning, stock room duties, and waste handling, with opportunities for training and advancement. Benefits are offered through the franchisee.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
