Qualifications

• Maintenance basics: cleaning and upkeep of restaurant interior and exterior.
• Ability to assist with equipment upkeep and basic repairs.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week and manage trash removal.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
