Qualifications

• Assist management in maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness.
• Support restaurant equipment maintenance as part of the Maintenance Team.
• Work with energy and purpose, finding new talent and providing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
