McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person for a corporate-owned restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The role supports management in maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness and restaurant equipment, with a focus on daily maintenance tasks essential to operations.

Responsibilities include fryer oil filtration, grounds upkeep, cleaning, stocking, and basic building maintenance. A strong team player mindset and reliability are key for success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Maintenance duties including cleaning and upkeep of interior and exterior restaurant areas.
• Ability to operate and assist with maintenance tasks as part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
