Job summary

McDonald's is hiring a Maintenance Person to keep interior and exterior areas clean and to service restaurant equipment. You’ll work with the Maintenance Team, using provided tools and training to perform daily cleaning, grounds upkeep, and basic repairs.

Field duties include filtering oil fryers, cleaning windows, unloading deliveries, changing bulbs, and trash removal. We offer paid training and opportunities for advancement across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance or similar environment.
• Ability to perform basic cleaning and upkeep tasks.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week.
• Empty trash and change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
