Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to support the restaurant team by keeping the interior and exterior areas clean and by maintaining restaurant equipment. You will work with the Maintenance Team to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff, with training and tools provided to help you succeed.

This role focuses on daily upkeep of fryers, floors, windows, lights, HVAC components, and waste systems, contributing to a well‑run, sanitary facility and a positive dining

Qualifications

• Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
