McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to join the restaurant team in Harrisburg. You will help maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good working order, with duties like daily fryer oil filtering, grounds upkeep, and light maintenance.

The role supports the management team and provides the tools and training needed to succeed, with opportunities to learn across the restaurant operations. This position is onsite at McDonald’s locations in the area.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
