Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant maintenance and cleanliness is helpful.
• Ability to perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive tasks.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
