Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Team member to help keep our restaurant interiors and exteriors clean and well‑maintained. You will support management with tools and training, ensuring equipment and facilities are in good working order at the Burlington, MA location.

The role involves daily cleaning tasks, basic upkeep of lights and HVAC areas, and assisting with deliveries and trash removal. We offer full-time benefits and opportunities through Archways to Opportunity.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in fast-food or retail preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning and light maintenance tasks.
• Able to lift and unload deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
