Culver’s in Minnesota is seeking a friendly Porter to keep our restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll perform routine maintenance, stock control, and assist with general upkeep to ensure our dining area and kitchen meet high standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability; you’ll greet guests with a smile, work independently when needed, and help keep the building, grounds, and equipment in top condition so guests have a great Culver’s experience.

Competenze

• Experience in facilities maintenance or porter duties.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Mansioni

• Provide maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly jobs on schedule.
• Maintain exterior and grounds including landscaping and snow removal.
• Rotate stock using FIFO; monitor shelf life and date codes.
• Maintain basic working knowledge of restaurant equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on equipment safely and correctly.
