Job summary

Zax LLC is hiring Restaurant Utility Workers to sustain a clean, safe, and well-maintained restaurant environment. You will perform daily cleaning, basic maintenance, and equipment checks, ensuring standards are met and safety guidelines followed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week available.
• Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week available.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements required by Zax LLC.
• Oversee the location to provide a safe, clean, and well maintained environment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled day-to-day cleaning duties and basic maintenance of restaurant.
• Perform regular cleaning and preventative maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Oversee the repair of minor lighting issues.
• General cleaning tasks including deep cleaning and exterior cleaning of the location.
• Maintain operability and safety through following manuals and work orders.
• Keep maintenance records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Report HR and risk concerns to management as needed.
