Job summary

Zax LLC is hiring for Restaurant Utility Workers to maintain a clean, safe, and well‑run restaurant environment. You will perform daily and deep cleaning, basic maintenance, and equipment checks while supporting overall restaurant operations.

Part-time (9–28 hours) or full-time (32–40 hours) positions are available, with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and opportunities to advance exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements required by Zax LLC.
• Oversee the location to provide a safe, clean, and well maintained environment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled day to day cleaning duties and basic maintenance of restaurant.
• Perform regular cleaning and preventative maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Oversee the repair of minor lighting issues.
• General cleaning tasks to include deep cleaning, pressure washing inside and outside of the location.
• Ability to understand and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Keep neat, accurate and current maintenance records.
• Work safely and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
