Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a Restaurant Utility Worker to help keep our location clean, safe, and well maintained. You will perform daily cleaning, basic maintenance of restaurant equipment, and assist with preventative tasks to support smooth operations.

Flexibility is important as shifts may cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time and part-time hours are available with opportunities to advance and access employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements required by Zax LLC.
• Oversee the location to provide a safe, clean, and well maintained environment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled day to day cleaning duties and basic maintenance of restaurant.
• Perform regular cleaning and preventative maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Oversee the repair of minor lighting issues.
• General cleaning tasks including deep cleaning and pressure washing inside/outside.
• Keep maintenance records and ensure compliance with guidelines.
